Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SLDTA, we aim to provide the best training and pet-care services to all pet parents.
To ensure smooth scheduling and fair resource allocation, the following cancellation and refund rules apply:

Training / Behaviour Consultation / Socialisation Sessions

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling only (no cash refund). 
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 
  • No refund will be provided for missed, skipped or unattended sessions. 

Boarding / Residential Training

  • Advance booking amount is non-refundable. 
  • Date changes can be requested once, if notified minimum 5 days in advance, subject to availability. 

Events / Workshops / Dogs Day Out Tickets

  • All tickets and passes are non-refundable. 
  • In case the event is cancelled by SLDTA, participants will receive a full refund or the option for event transfer. 

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital goods (PDFs / e-books / online courses), no cancellation, exchange or refund is permitted after purchase. 

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support within 24 hours of payment.
