Sayantan Lodh — Founder & Head Trainer
Sayantan is the founder and lead trainer of SLDTA, known for his expertise in dog behaviour, obedience training, and scientific, positive-reinforcement methods. His guidance shapes the academy’s training standards, ensuring every dog receives personalised, structured, and effective training.
He has successfully trained and transformed hundreds of dogs, making SLDTA one of the most trusted names in dog training.
Raja Balmiki — SLDTA Premium Student & Training Assistant (2+ Years Experience)
Raja has been a part of SLDTA’s premium training program for over two years. Through consistent dedication, hands-on experience, and continuous practice under expert supervision, he has developed strong handling skills and a solid understanding of canine behaviour.
He assists in training sessions, supports behavioural work, and contributes to the academy’s daily operations with reliability and passion.
