Training / Services / Bookings
- Confirmation details are shared instantly via WhatsApp, SMS or Email.
- Session schedules and trainer allocation will be communicated once booking is confirmed.
Digital Products
- Delivery of digital content (e-books / PDFs / documents etc.) is instant via email or download link.
- If not received within 30 minutes, contact us and we will resend without charges.
Merchandise (if applicable)
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after placing the order.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 days depending on location and courier availability.
- Tracking details will be shared once the package is shipped.
